Full Body Meditation
These sessions are designed to directly appeal to the nature of the tantric heart and they provide a chance to connect energetically with other men thru dynamic partnered energy work -- Nosara Pranassage -- that looks like yoga and tai chi, feels like massage; and provides deep insight into the nature of the body. These sessions require partnered work that strengthens the lower body in general, so those with lower back, hip, knee, shoulder and ankle limitations should consider starting with a regular beginners sessions first.
The session offers a combination of several contemplative techniques such as Yoga Nidra, Insight Dialogue, and Big Mind Meditation. Deep relaxation serves as the foundational approach for these profound tools complete access at all levels of the multi-dimensional human experience--the physical, energetic, emotional, interpersonal/self wisdom, and non-personal/universal wisdom levels.
Unlike many traditional meditations, a portion of this session is created by establishing a meditative pause and then entry of that moment through insightful discussion of what is present within the awareness of the student. The session will be facilitated by simple verbal suggestions, guidance, and facilitation.
